Delivery Information

Shipping policy

Your delivery will be processed within 48 hours on receipt and will usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Please check all goods upon arrival if any issues please contact us immediately attaching photos.

Currently, we are only dispatching most of our items to UK – although, there are additional postage charges to Isles and Highlands and to Northern Ireland as calculated at the checkout stage of the website.


Refund/Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund.


Returning an item

For a refund, if you are not happy with your ordered item(s) or they are not suitable, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging.

Please note, that you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Please ensure that the returned item(s) are marked clearly with your order details - including order number along with the buyer’s name and delivery/billing address and the reason for return so we can swiftly refund you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Please enclose the delivery note, including your name and order number with the returned item(s). Ensure the item(s) are packaged securely using heavy-duty packing tape.
